Abstract

Flood flow studies of the Dniester River are very relevant, since floods are one of the most dangerous, devastating natural phenomena. The hydrological regime of the Dniester is characterized by high flood activity throughout the year. It is known that the right tributaries of the Dniester are mountainous, and the left is relatively flat and the distribution of runoff occurs unevenly throughout the year. That is why dangerous and high floods can occur that cause water to enter the flood with the corresponding destruction of the infrastructure and other negative consequences.
