Основні чинники формування ефективної політичної еліти та політичного лідерства в Україні

Abstract

This article attempts to investigate the factors influencing the formation of an effective political elite and political leadership in modern Ukraine. In the process of modernization of society from the democratic to authoritarian and vice versa, produced new political values. Under these conditions, institute group and individual leadership, that leadership and political elite in Ukraine requires deep change, because it has become the main force leading the country to a new level.
