Abstract

The paper is devoted to the development of the "DocNow" information system for comprehensive digital patient support. The shortcomings of existing solutions (DOC.ua, Ada Health) are analyzed, and the problem of eHealth service fragmentation is identified. The architecture of a mobile application combining telemedicine consultation modules, medication tracking (Medication Tracker), and intelligent symptom checking (AI Symptom Checker) within a single interface is proposed. An interactive Dashboard has been implemented for real-time monitoring of key health metrics (heart rate, blood pressure, activity). An algorithm for calculating the treatment adherence rate has been developed, allowing for the automation of medical prescription compliance control. Special attention is paid to UX/UI design to ensure quick access to critical functions
