Abstract

A manual is created in accordance with the program of discipline «Practical culture». Humanistic principles of professional professionalness and cultural competence of personality are examined in him; an aim, maintenance and structure of discipline, opens up; the list of basic themes is given; the features of functioning and development of different genres of musical art are analyses. There is a dictionary of terms, control questions, list of the used and recommended literature. Can be used for implementation of independent work, preparation to the tests and examinations, for a self-education. A manual will become to the useful also teachers of educational artistic establishments and wide circle of readers.
