Abstract

The aim of the work is to improve the technology of machining the workpiece parts of the «Сaseback 01.005» type to reduce the technological cost and increase productivity through the use of advanced technologies and new methods of processing similar blanks. To achieve this goal, an overview of the manufacturing technology of parts such as «Lid» was conducted; the variant choice and the feasibility study of the method of manufacturing the workpiece have been fulfilled; versions of the mechanical processing route of the «Сaseback 01.005» type with the use of modern CNC machines and the choice of the best of them for a minimum of reduced costs; dimensional-precise modeling of the advanced technological process of machining; Cutting regimes and time standards are defined; the number of equipment and employees is calculated; the machining section has been improved. In the scientific part of the work the computer program was developed, which allows to automate the calculation of the parameters of the hydraulic engine according to the given input data. In the economic part of the MKR the capital investments are calculated, the cost of mechanical processing of the workpiece, the payback period and the economic effect obtained as a result of the improvement of the technological process and the machining section. Occupational safety and emergency measures have also been developed in the MKR. The graphic part illustrates the materials presented in the explanatory memorandum.
