Abstract

The paper deals with the peculiarities of listening comprehension, which is considered to be the most difficult foreign language competence to acquire. The author describes some of the techniques that have proved to be helpful and efficient to enhance listening comprehension skills and identifies some up-todate Internet resources that could be recommended.
