Зовнішнє оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів: затрати і результати

Abstract

Author examines the experience of the inculcation of outward independent evaluation (IIE) in the Ukraine. In his mind IIE is the formal transferring foreign methods in the Ukrainian education system. It was ignored the Ukrainian traditions and cultural differences. Author concludes that the use of IIE is one of the main reasons of deep crisis in Ukrainian education. In the article is accenting of the necessary to return to the own pedagogical heritage and European traditions in education. It is a rite way to the overcoming the corruption and other crisis manifestations in the Ukrainian education field.
