Комп’ютерна система підвищення ефективності алмазного шліфування в умовах неповної інформації

Abstract

It is developed the concept of building a computer system to improve the efficiency of diamond grinding in conditions of incomplete information on the basis of methods of direct and coordinate-wise management , hierarchical principle and indirect measurements of the amplitude of microroughnesses. It is suggested the method and hardware means to compensate the kinematic error of primary converters of instantaneous speed. It is developed the method and information technologies of signal processing of instantaneous speed as well as separating the contributions of feedings in the signal of deviations.
