Abstract

Learning virtual enterprise that works in Vinnytsia National Technical University, has an important task of the formation and preservation of scientific heritage of the University, and allows students to gain practical work in a modern organizational structure - virtual enterprise. In addition, the 3rd year students at the beginning of production practice, mode simulation game, prepare documents for employment to educational virtual enterprise. The employees of the personnel department are the 3 rd year students of the Management Faculty. Thus, students working in the virtual educational enterprise acquire practical skills that they will need in the future employment and work after university.
