Abstract

The Vinnytsia region is facing serious challenges due to the war, but educational institutions continue to operate, adapting to new conditions. The academic year began on time, with a focus on the safety and psychological support of students. Blended learning and social entrepreneurship are being implemented. A \"Social Education Platform\" has been created to enhance the qualifications of specialists. Social services are actively assisting internally displaced persons by providing them with housing and support. In 2024, Vinnytsia continues to develop inclusive education and vocational training programs despite the difficulties. This development demonstrates the resilience of the region in the context of war.
