Abstract

The device to determine a minimum number comprises a group of AND elements, an input AND element, m × n counters, where m × n – number of elements in the matrix number group, an output counter, m × n inhibitory AND elements, an AND-NOT element, AND element outputs of the group are device outputs. In it there are m × n RS flip-flops and m × n NOT elements, where NOT element inputs are connected with zero flag outputs of corresponding m × n counters and their outputs are connected with S-inputs of corresponding m × n RS-flip-flops, the R-inputs being connected to a device reset input and direct m × n RS-flip-flops outputs are corresponding device flag outputs.
