An approach to the evaluation of dynamic uncertainty in measurement using non-statistical techniques

Abstract

У статті розглянуто новий підхід до подання динамічної невизначеності експериментальних динамічних вимірювань на основі апріорної інформації про частотну характеристику засобу вимірювання. Цей підхід дає змогу узгодити результати динамічних вимірювань з міжнародними вимогами до точності характеризування.The article discusses a new approach to the expression of dynamic uncertainty of experimental dynamic measurements based on a priori information about the frequency response measurement tool. This approach allows to measure the results of dynamic measurements with the international requirements for the characterization accuracy.
