Анотація
The development of technologies of the educational process involves the organization of an effective educational process in accordance with the educational goals. The development of professional and pedagogical skills of teachers of social, humanitarian and natural sciences requires the organization of their educational and cognitive activities based on a technological approach. It is proposed to investigate the dynamics of the development of pedagogical abilities of teachers of social, humanitarian and natural sciences. The implementation of this social order requires the transformation of the professional and pedagogical activity of teachers of higher educational institutions and the development of their personal qualities.
