Abstract

The proposed device for measuring gas content contains two gas-sensitive transistors, two direct-voltage power units, two bipolar transistors, a constant resistor, an inductance coil, and a capacitor. The first output terminal of the first direct-voltage power unit is connected to the first leaf of the constant resistor. The second lead of the constant resistor is connected to the base of the first bipolar transistor. The collector of the first bipolar transistor is connected to the first lead of the first gas-sensitive resistor and the first lead of the inductance coil that is connected to the first output terminal of the device. The second lead of the inductance coil is connected to the first lead of the capacitor and the first output terminal of the second direct-voltage power unit. The second output terminal of the second direct-voltage power unit is connected to the second lead of the capacitor, the first lead of the second gas-sensitive resistor, the collector of the second bipolar transistor, the second output of the first direct-voltage power unit, and the second output terminal of the device. The second lead of the second gas-sensitive resistor is connected to the base of the second bipolar transistor and the second lead of the first gas-sensitive transistor.
