Abstract

Materials on the definition of active soil pressure on the fence have been introduced; active soil pressure on a retaining wall and horizontal displacements of lateral surface of the retaining wall are defined. The comparative analysis of calculations with the investigation of I. V. Yaropolskyi is carried out. The method of determining the active soil pressure on the fence is elaborated.
