Моделювання процесу прийняття рішення щодо джерел фінансування інноваційної діяльності

Abstract

In modern conditions the majority of the domestic enterprises are in quite difficult financial position and aren't capable to compete with world ones. For reason success can be achieved only by those enterprises, which understand the importance of an intensive vector of development. An intensive vector of development can be provided by innovative activity. However, not all of the enterprises, which plans or carries out the innovative activity, have the sufficient volume of financial resources for its providing. There is a need of further researching of a question of justification factors of influence on process of financial supporting of enterprise’s innovative activity in the conditions of deficiency of financial resources from a position of the theory of fuzzy logic. The purpose of this work is formation of mathematical model of process of decision-making at the choice of sources of financing the innovative activity in the conditions of limited financial resources. Major factors of influence on financial supporting of innovative activity, which are classified by three groups, are offered: sources of financial resources, external factors and internal factors. The linguistic variables describing influence of factors on process of financial security of innovative activity are created. The mathematical model of intellectual support of decision-making at the choice of an optimum ratio of financial supporting for innovative activity of the industrial enterprises in the conditions of deficiency of financial resources, which is presented in the form of set of the indistinct logical equations created on the basis of information from knowledge bases, is constructed.
