Abstract

The article explores the essence of managerial work as a key component of an organization's effective functioning. The main characteristics, stages, and features of managerial activity in the context of digital transformation and rapidly changing external conditions are analyzed. The need to improve the organization of managers' work is substantiated, taking into account modern information technologies, flexible management models, and time management principles. Practical ways to increase the efficiency of managerial work are proposed, based on the optimization of decisionmaking processes, delegation of authority, and the development of managerial competencies. Special attention is paid to the challenges faced by managers in conditions of uncertainty, crises, and high competition.
