Abstract

У статті розглядається роль психологічних знань в управлінні організацією, їх вплив на формування освітнього змісту підготовки менеджерів та вироблення рекомендацій щодо формування освітнього змісту психологічної підготовки менеджерів.The paper considers the role of psychological knowledge in managing the organization, their influence upon the formation of the educational content for training managers and development of recommendations for the formation of the educational content for psychological training of managers.
