Abstract

The proposed pulse generator contains a light-emitting diode, a photodiode, two switching transistors with opposite types of conductivity, and resistors. The photodiode is optically coupled with a light-emitting diode. The base of the first transistor is connected to the cathode of the photodiode. The collector of the second transistor is connected to the base of the first transistor via the first resistor, the base is conencted to the collector of the first transistor via the second resistor and to the first control input of the proposed generator via the third resistor, and the emitter is connected to the second control input of the generator. The anode of the photodiode is connected to the common point of the generator curcuit via the fourth resistor. The first control input of the generator and the base of the first transistor are connected via the fifth resistor.
