Abstract

A fluid-pulse roller unit comprises a tray, a tank, a monolith matrix with openings and with a drive from the first electric motor through a planetary reduction gear unit, a body, mounted on vibratory supports, upper cone rollers, arranged above the monolith matrix, which are mounted in such a manner as to allow rotating, lower cone rollers, mounted under the monolith matrix in such a manner as to allow rotating, under which a tank is disposed, whereas the upper cone rollers are connected with a planetary reduction gear units through resilient coupler, and with the second and third electric motors, fixed on the body, therethrough. In addition, the upper cone rollers are connected with spring-loaded rods of hydraulic cylinders of the fluid-impulse drive through cross-beams, the upper surface of the monolith matrix is closed with a filtering net, and a rubber screen is fixed around rotational axis thereof; above the upper surface of the filtering net in the radial section a rubber-metal knife is mounted in such a manner as to allow contacting thereof. Said knife is fixed inside a suction spout, which is connected with a collecting chamber with the aid of a pipe. A vacuum pipe is attached to said chamber. In doing so a rubber packing is fixed to the edge of the lower open end of the collecting chamber. The collecting chamber is pressed to the horizontal disk with the break-through opening by said rubber packing. The diameter of said disk corresponds to the diameter of the lower end of said chamber and the axis coincides with axis thereof. In doing so the disk is mounted in such a manner as to allow rotating thereof being drived from the fourth electric motor through a worm reduction unit.
