Анотація
The problems of information security in e-governance processes at the administrative, program and procedural levels are identified. Their effectiveness has been proven by creating an appropriate secure consolidated information resource. The stages of development of such a resource are defined and the main essence of its database which should be considered are described. This consolidated information resource will increase the efficiency of public authorities, increase their openness and transparency by utilizing coherent consolidated information for making decisions.
