Політична комунікація: ціннісні основи та механізми реалізації в умовах сучасного суспільного розвитку

Abstract

The first attempt was made in Ukrainian political science to comprehensive study of value principles and mechanisms of political communication in today's social development. The author generalizes conceptual approaches to understanding 36 of the political communication from the philosophical, political, and psychological points of view. Political and cultural determinants and political and psychological foundations of political communication are denoted. A conception of political communication development, based on the classic theory of communication, which essence is revealed in the process of modern political science discourse and its practical implementation during cultural and value transformation of a society. Main characteristics of its components like symbolism, nonverbal language, theatricality in politics, technologization of thinking, rationalization of consciousness which are the parts of efficient modern political communication are identified. The relationship between societal-existential capital of political communication and methods of its implementation is analyzed considering the value bases. The model of effective political communication in the system «managerial elite-citizens» is offered. It includes interrelated elements: an objective — the best political technologies – symbolization of political communication space — rationalization of bilateral relations — improvement of the culture level and consciousness of the participants.
