Abstract

A gas hygrometer includes a light source, a thermoelectrically controlled cooler, temperature measuring device, photo-detector, control and calculation unit, light guide, focusing system, analog-digital converter, analog switch. The light guide is arranged as a thin glass plate with sensitive section and devices of beam input-output as two hemispheres with different diameters, the photo-detector is arranged as two photo-diodes, the input of the control and calculation unit is electrically connected to the output of the temperature measuring device, and the outputs are connected to the input of the light source and a thermoelectrically controlled cooler. The focusing system is placed between the light source and the light guide, the output of the analog-digital converter is connected to the input of the control and calculation unit, and the input of the analog-digital converter is connected to the output of the analog switch the output of which is connected to the outputs of the photo-detector. The second light source and second photo-detector are introduced, and the second protodetector is arranged as a photo-diode, the output of the control and calculation unit is connected to the input of the second light source, the output of the second photo-detector is connected to the input of the analog-digital converter.
