Abstract

In the master's qualification work the ecological influence of food industry enterprises on the environment has been characterized. Improvement of ecological control of food production by experimental determination of heavy metal content in some food groups is proposed. Correlation analysis and prediction of the content of heavy metals in food products of vegetable origin and soils on which they were grown. The purpose of the work is to assess the ecological safety of the food industry and predict the content of heavy metals in food and establish their suitability for consumption by this indicator. The object of research - the process of monitoring and predicting the content of heavy metals in food products of vegetable origin. The subject of research - the content of heavy metals in food products in the territory of the city of Vinnytsia and the region.
