Анотація
In course of researches was noted the actuality and characterized the applied aspects of using chat-bots in sphere of information relations. Analyzed the structural and functional organization of chat-bot system, its components and looked on platforms for their creation. Designed the prototype of this system and demonstrated its possibilities on the example of Facebook social network.
