Abstract

In the reactor a plate-activator is placed, this is placed inside the reactor and is kinematically connected to the rod of the spring-supported hydro-cylinder, working chamber of this one is hydraulically connected to the pressure mains of the hydro-pump to which the pulse valve-pulser is connected.
