Аналіз результатів діяльності технологічних парків в Україні

Abstract

The results of activity of technological parks, the conditions of the special mode of the innovative activity and the peculiarities of its implementation in Ukraine during the period of 2000—1013 are analyzed in the article. The contribution of technological parks to the production of innovative products in Ukraine has been determined. A methodical approach to determining the effectiveness of budget expenditures on the establishment and support of the activity of technological parks has been developed and tried on the results of Ukrainian technological parks activity. The socioeconomic effect from technological parks support is determined by the establishment of new working places, the increase of the amount of the innovative products, the increase of budget income through taxes. Arguments have been provided which prove that the effectiveness of budget expenditures on the support of technological parks activity, stimulating the production and sales of the innovative products is also achieved through lowering the tax burden for those who carry out the technological parks projects.
