Abstract

A pulse valve relates to apparatuses for control and adjustment of hydro-drive with pulse loading. The pulse valve has a housing, three-step differential valve with central axial boring and throttle opening in its middle part, pressure and discharge mains. To increase the limits of adjustment of working regimes of the valve, axial boring of the housing has a node of controlling pulses, and node for adjustment of pulses; on the inner surface of boring of the housing, in the large diameter of middle stage, and in the small diameter of lower stage, circular necks are provided, those form respectively discharge and over-ball cavities, are connected to discharge mains with controlled throttles, and the pressure mains is separated from the circular boring at the larger diameter of the middle stage of the housing boring by a slider shutoff element, this is formed by outer surface of the middle stage of three-step differential valve and inner surface of the housing boring. Node of pulses control has a ball, on which with the end of the lower stage three-step differential valve rests. Node of pulses control has a piston, on which the ball rests, and a control screw, this determines position of the piston in axial direction and is connected to it by a hinge, at that, the lower stage of the three-step differential valve, ball and piston are chosen of one diameter.
