Abstract

The existing system and repair formed mainly in the 50 - 60 years of the last century and became the then progressive form of disability support rolling stock. Formation of structure of maintenance and the repair was determined stable level of reliability and manufacturing quality cars, rolling stock operating conditions, the objectives assigned to the road and its subsystem - technical operation, available resources, organizational and technical constraints.
