Abstract

A gas concrete mixture comprising of portland cement, filler, aluminium powder, water and complex additive, containing mixture of caustic soda and carboxymethyl cellulose. As filler granite screening of fines is used. The composition of complex additive contains ground lime and sodium sulphate in the following component ratio (weight %):

portland cement 28-33 granite screening 29-30 aluminium powder 0.05-0.10 caustic soda 0.5-1.5 carboxymethyl cellulose 0.05-0.15 ground lime 1.20-1.8 sodium sulphate 0.50-1.40 water the rest.
