Abstract

An analog-to-digital converter comprises in case of n digits a resistor array, whose input is connected to a bus of a reference source, 2n -1 comparator units, whose inverting inputs are connected to the corresponding outputs of resistor array, noninverting inputs are connected to a bus of source of input signal to be converted, comparator units’ outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of code translator digit channels. The first, second and third triggers, resistor and capacitor are introduced in each digit channel, one resistor lead is connected to a bus of power source, the second lead is connected to R-input of third trigger and first capacitor lead, whose second lead is connected to the global bus of the device, R-input of first trigger is connected to the corresponding inverting output of the code translator, R-input of second trigger is connected to the corresponding inverting output of code translator, clock inputs of the first, second and third triggers, as well as K-inputs of the first and second triggers are connected to the bus of clock signal source, J-input of the first trigger is connected to the inverting output of third trigger, whose J-input is connected to the output of first trigger, the J-input of second trigger is connected to the output of third trigger and to the corresponding digit of output bus of the device.
