Анотація

The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects of financial resource management in budgetary institutions under the conditions of public finance reform in Ukraine. The essence of financial resources of budgetary institutions, features of financial planning, internal control and assessment of budget funds efficiency are considered. The necessity of implementing modern financial management tools and digital technologies in the management process is substantiated. The main directions of improving the efficiency of public funds utilization are identified.
