Abstract

A mathematical model is developed that describes the change in capacity from the amount of adsorbed water vapor of the capacitive scanner comb based on solutions of hygroscopic salts NaCl, BaCl2. Experimental studies of the dependence of this sensor on the relative humidity of the environment have been carried out, which showed that the difference between the theoretical and experimental curves is +-5 %
