Abstract

The purpose of this diploma project is planning of area of tooling of detail « Flange 88.238». In accordance with the noted purpose the followings tasks were put in work and untied: - tekhniko-economic expedience of development; - determination is as a production and form of organization of works; - analysis of construction and technologicalness of detail; - choice of method of making of purveyance; - development of route of tooling; - planning of area of tooling of detail; - calculation of financial viability of development; - safety of vital functions. At implementation of work, decision-making about the choice of variants of technological processes, equipment, methods of making of purveyance executed on the basis of tekhniko-ekonomichnikh calculations, that enables to choose an optimum variant.
