Abstract

The first section describes the general characteristics of local area networks and tasks that are required of a computer network. The second section developed a modern structured cabling system that integrates all business units, ensuring the transfer of information between them, provides users with access to necessary services, such as file, mail, Internet and more. Implemented user access restrictions between different departments and services. A special part of the detailed stages of the logical structure and design of the network and the corresponding structured cabling system (SCS) conducted selection of network equipment and provides the procedure for its configuration.
