Abstract

The main types of two-dimensional biological microscopes and optical measuring devices, systems, and optical coherence tomography for the diagnosis of laser polarimetry of the layer structure of biological tissues is analyzed for individual performance criteria. Importance of the development of automated systems multifunctional Mueller-matrix polarimetry multilayer biological objects with statistical, correlation and fractal analysis of the data is installed in order to obtain diagnostic criteria.
