Abstract

The paper considers the problem of developing a computer vision system for object identification in mobile robotics tasks. The main focus is on the study of modern detection algorithms and the analysis of their effectiveness when operating on limited computational resources. During the research, software modeling of the object recognition process using standard video capture tools was performed, and the system's performance was evaluated based on the characteristics of typical embedded hardware.
