Удосконалення технологічного процесу механічної обробки заготовки деталі типу «Корпус свердлильної головки»

Abstract

In the master's qualification work, an improved technological process of machining the workpiece of a type of «Corps of a drill head» type has been developed and economically justified. To achieve this goal, an overview of the manufacturing technologies of parts such as «Corps» was conducted; the variant choice and the feasibility study of the method of manufacturing the workpiece have been completed; the variants of the mechanical treatment of the details of the «Corps of the drill head» type with the use of modern CNC machines and the choice of the best of them with a minimum of reduced costs are developed; dimensional-precise modeling of the advanced technological process; сutting regimes and time standards are defined; the number of equipment and employees is calculated; the machining section has been improved. In the economic part of the work the capital investments are calculated, the cost of mechanical processing of the workpiece, the payback period and the economic effect obtained as a result of the improvement of the technological process and the machining section. The compliance of the developed safety requirements and the analysis of working conditions at the developed machining area is given in the section «Occupational safety and security in emergencies». Materials presented in the work, illustrated supplemented by the graphic part, executed with the help of applied computer programs.
