Abstract

In the master's qualification work is considered an example of the use of industrial robots in the maintenance of CNC machines, which excludes the participation of the worker in the implementation of auxiliary operations and automate the machining process. In the technological part the analysis of the part's details and the analysis of the machinability of the part has been made, the type of production has been determined, the workpiece has been designed, the technological process of mechanical processing of the part "Corp 24.87" has been considered, the admissions to mechanical processing and cutting modes have been determined. In the second section a workplace of mechanical processing of the part "Corp 24.87" was developed for carrying out the vertical-drilling operation on the basis of RTC, executed according to the ring type scheme. In the economic part, the calculation of basic technical and economic indicators was carried out, the necessary technological equipment was determined, capital expenditures were determined and a calculation of the technological cost of manufacturing the component was made. The section on occupational safety and emergency management provides recommendations for improving the working conditions of workers.
