Abstract

A buffer stage relates to pulse technique and may be used in amplifiers and digital instruments. In buffer stage first and second current compensators and a bidirectional current reflector are incorporated, as well as new connections between components. Due to incorporation of new elements, direct current rating is set for inputs of bidirectional reflector, as well as with help of balancing of amplification stages transfer ratios, which are built on transistors of different type. Using feedback process of compensation of collector current constant components of the third and fourth transistors is realized. The said feedback comprises the bidirectional current reflector, first and second current compensators. The process of compensation is finished, when through current of collector junctions of first and eight transistors will be equal to through current of collector junctions of second and seventh transistors. The technical result is more precession operation of whole circuit, and increase of circuit linearity.
