Анотація
the period 2022–2024. The company's financial performance, key directions of the scaling strategy, and their effectiveness under martial law, digitalisation, and European integration are analysed. The specifics of vertical integration as the basis of the company's scaling model are determined. The current state of market concentration and competitive positions of MHP SE in the Ukrainian poultry market are assessed. The results of the study can be used to develop scaling strategies for other vertically integrated agri-food enterprises.
