Abstract

The Southern Bug pool is among the well-studied hydrologically. Total in the pool at different times of observation of water regime were carried out on 106 hydrological posts, 24 of them - existing until this time. In connection with the reduction of the monitoring network at the end of the twentieth century. and the expansion of water consumption and the development of river basin management plans, available hydrological stations do not fully provide water users and managers with hydrological information. There is a question about optimization and improvement (expansion) of the monitoring system in the pool.
