Узагальнені моделі оптимального управління системами масового обслуговування

Abstract

A new approach to modern typical systems of production of products and services with a computer control system is proposed. The essence of novelty: expansion of the computer model of the control object – mega-plant, logistics center, etc. to the system of specialized models consisting of the model of the dynamics of the system in the operational control circuit, the predictor model in the strategic control circuit, the model of the active environment – the set of users of products and services and competitors, as well as the observer model of the state of the object and the external environment. The use of the optimal aggregation methodology allowed us to eliminate dimensional problems. Examples of optimization and modeling of processes of operation and development are presented.
