Abstract

Theoretical positions are developed and brought the principle of the process of remote monitoring of functional state of special forces is presented in the paper. Biotechnical system for remote monitoring of the functional state of solders has significant functional advantages over its counterparts. This is due to the use of feedback between soldier and commander through comprehensive diagnosis of psychophysiological indicators of soldier, recording parameters of photoplethysmogram, skin-galvanic reaction, changes in body temperature. The method and biotechnical system of remote monitoring of the functional state of special forces soldiers of developed. Generalized algorithm for the psychological selection of special forces soldiers on the basis of test of Oldham J. and Morris L. «Identifying personality type», is developed in the article which involves identifying the triad of problems of psychological selection process, adapted to the realities of Ukrainian society and one that has passed a comprehensive adaptation end inspection, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The effectiveness of activities of the special force with the use of the developed system increased by 21.8%.
