Автоматизація процесу оцінювання претендентів на посади в IT-компанію

Abstract

The master's qualification work is devoted to automating the process of evaluating applicants for positions in an IT company. The problem of collecting and analyzing data for HR managers is considered. It is proposed to develop an automated system for data analysis of personnel and tracking of professional skills of candidates for a position. The system maintains and analyzes personal data, supports decision-making in human resources management. The developed approach allows HR-managers to analyze the professional knowledge of potential employees and make better management decisions. The work analyzes modern information management systems of human resources. The functional scheme of the computer system of automation of the process of evaluation of applicants for positions has been developed. The development and optimization of the database has been carried out. The structure of the software is developed. In this work the C # programming language and the MS SQL database were selected. A system testing has been performed, which showed that input, output and processing of the data is carried out without errors, so we can conclude that the program is working correctly. Also, the test results showed that the program has a "friendly" user interface. The conclusions of the obtained results are made.
