Abstract

In the master's qualification work the actual scientific-applied problem of development of the theory of construction of combined methods of diagnostics is considered with the purpose of creation of the diagnostic support of the system of management of the individual reliability of distribution networks with a voltage of 6-35 kV during their operation and repair. The method of determination of parameters of isolation of a phase of a network against the earth by continuous control of the total active resistance of isolation and voltages of phases against the earth at imposing on a network of a signal of a direct current and processing of results by means of the special mathematical model which is presented in the form of a system of equations reflecting the dependence of the isolation parameters on controlled metrics.
