Abstract

The paper presents the non-criteria method of structuring set of alternatives based on the analysis of ternary three-level rankings. This method is recommended for obtain the result of ordinal ranking of alternatives if the decision maker can easily perform some comparison of alternatives in quality but cannot perform ordinal assessment of all alternatives together.
