Модель фінансової децентралізації на сільських територіях України

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of functioning and dynamics of public administration reform along with territorial organization of power in the context of financial decentralization and the establishment of financial autonomy of local and regional self-government with the view to ensure its efficiency in Ukraine. The authors also ground the decentralization model in its financial aspects (the formation of local budgets and budget expenditure) for rural communities in Vinnytsia region.
