Abstract

A microelectronic illuminance meter contains a direct voltage supply and a resistor. An optical-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode, a passive inductivity and a capacitor are introduced into the meter. The first pole of the direct voltage supply is connected to the resistor first contact, the capacitor first contact and the optical-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode first contact. The optical-sensitive tunnel-resonance diode second contact is connected to the passive inductivity first contact to which the first output clamping is connected. The passive inductivity second contact is connected to the capacitor second contact, the resistor second contact and the direct voltage supply second pole which form a common bus to which the second output bus is connected.
