Аналіз впливу різних чинників на вартість захисної споруди цивільного захисту

Abstract

Виконаний аналіз зміни вартості капітального ремонту укриттів та сховищ медичних закладів, дитячих закладів та навчальних закладів у м. Вінниця. Проаналізований вплив таких чинників як потужність споруди цивільного захисту, його площа, конструктивне рішення. Аналіз виконувався диференційовано для різних статей витрат. Встановлено, що із збільшенням як потужності, так і площі сховища питомі витрати зменшуються. Запропоноване поняття коефіцієнту використання площі, який характеризує ступінь перевищення площею споруди передбачену нормами величину. Показано, що при наближенні коефіцієнта використання площі до одиниці питомі витрати зменшуються. Отже, значне перевищення площі сховища над нормативним значенням економічно неефективне.An analysis of the overhaul of the shelters and storage facilities of medical institutions, children's institutions and educational institutions in the city of Vinnytsia was carried out. The influence of such factors as the capacity of the civil defense structure, its area, and the constructive solution is analyzed. The analysis was performed differently for different types of costs. It was established that with an increase in both the capacity and the storage area, the specific costs decrease. The concept of the coefficient of use of the area is proposed, which characterizes the degree of exceeding the area of the building provided by the size norms. It is shown that when the coefficient of use of the area approaches the specific unit, costs decrease. Therefore, a significant excess of the storage area above the normative value is economically inefficient.
